摘要
研究了加热温度、加热气氛和加热炉保温时间对60Si2Mn弹簧钢线材表面脱碳的影响。结果表明,设置合理的加热温度和控制炉内气氛、缩短保温时间,可减少钢的表面脱碳。
The influence of heating temperature, heating atmosphere and heating time on the surface decarburiza-tion of 60Si2Mn spring steel is studied. The results show that the surface decarbonization of ssetting the reasonable heating temperature, controlling he amosphere in the furnace and shortening he heat preserva-tion time.
