The Analysis of Scarring of Oil Quenched and Tempered Steel Wire of 55SiCrA Spring Steel

某厂在进行55SiCrA弹簧钢加工过程中,油淬回火钢丝表面出现了结疤。通过宏观形貌、金相检验、扫描电镜、能谱和显微硬度等方法分析了结疤产生的原因。认为客户加工过程中的某设备存在点状放电火花,电火花打在钢丝上形成加热源,从而使钢丝表面形成结疤。

The scar were found on surface of the oil quenched and tempered steel wire in the process of process-ing 55SiCrA spring steel. The causes of the surface scar were analyzed by means of macroscopic morphology, metal- lographic examination, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum and microhardness analysis. Ithat there are spot discharge electric sparks during the processing of some equipments and the electric sparks form a heating source on he steel wire, which contributes to scarring on the surface of he steel wire.
