摘要
体育教学和方法创新与改革的目标 ,其中一项重点的优化指标是效率。通过以较小的投入 ,获得较大产出的效率值 ,提高教学效果。
Among the targets of innovating and reforming PE teaching methods, the most important is efficiency. That is, with less 'input' and more 'output', the teaching effect will be greatly improved. And what's more, the key to improve the teaching effect mainly lies in the effect of teaching elements.
