吡丙醚对白纹伊蚊幼虫杀灭效果与安全性分析

The effect on aedes albopictus larvae and safety analysis of pyriproxyfen

目的研究吡丙醚颗粒剂对白纹伊蚊幼虫的控制效果和安全性。方法利用昆虫生长调节剂对蚊幼的实验室药效测试方法测定吡丙醚对白纹伊蚊幼虫的生物活性。结果经吡丙醚颗粒剂处理的试验组幼虫死亡率为59.68%,显著高于对照组(2.70%),尽管试验组化蛹率40.32%(对照组化蛹率为97.30%),但试验组羽化率为0,而对照组93.68%试虫正常羽化。结论吡丙醚对白纹伊蚊幼虫具有显著的羽化抑制效果,可用于现实防制。

Objective To study the control effect on aedes albopictus larvae and safety of pyriproxyfen. Methods Insect growth regulators were used to measure the biological activity of pyriproxyfen in the laboratory. Results Pyriproxyfen granules causing larval mortality rate of test group was 59. 68%,significantly higher than that of control group（ 2. 70%）.Although the pupa rate was 40. 32% in test group（ which was 97. 30% in control group）,the eclosion rate was 0（ which was93. 68% in control group）. Conclusion Pyriproxyfen could significantly inhibit eclosion of aedes albopictus larvae,so it could be used for mosquito control.
