2017年北京市部分医院洁净手术室综合性能监测

Surveillance on comprehensive performance of clean operating rooms in some hospitals in Beijing,2017

目的了解北京市医院洁净手术室综合性能与运行状况,提出加强洁净手术室管理,确保洁净手术室的运行质量。方法通过现场采样和仪器监测方法,对北京市部分医院洁净手术室综合性能进行监测与分析。结果所监测的医院中二级、三级医院洁净手术室综合性能合格率分别为0.00%和53.33%;Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级洁净手术室洁净度指标中的沉降菌合格率均为100%,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级洁净手术室的浮游菌合格率分别为92.31%和100.00%;Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级洁净手术室尘埃粒子数的合格率分别为72.22%和93.75%;Ⅱ级洁净手术室温度、相对湿度、静压差合格率分别为88.89%、83.33%和61.11%,Ⅲ级洁净手术室温度、相对湿度、静压差合格率分别为87.50%、62.50%和81.25。结论北京市医院洁净手术室的综合性能主要指标合格率不理想,应加大监督、监测力度。

Objective To understand the comprehensive performance and operational status of the clean operation rooms in some hospitals in Beijing,so as to emphasize the clean operating room management and to ensure the operational quality. Methods Through field sampling and instrument monitoring method from July to October 2017,the comprehensive performance of clean operating rooms in some hospitals in Beijing were monitored and analyzed.Results In three hospitals,the qualification rates of comprehensive performance of level Ⅱ and Ⅲ operating rooms were 0. 00% and 53. 33%,respectively. Among cleanliness indexes,the qualified rates of settling bacteria were both 100% for level Ⅱ and Ⅲ operating rooms,while the qualified rates of planktonic bacteria were 92. 31% 、100. 00%,respectively. The qualified rates of dust particles were 72. 22% 、93. 75% for level Ⅱ and Ⅲ operating rooms,respectively. For level Ⅱ operating room. the qualified rates of temperature,relative humidity,static pressure difference were 88. 89%,83. 33% and 61. 11%,respectively,and the above criteria for level Ⅲ operating rooms were 87. 50%, 62. 50% and 81. 25%, respectively. Conclusion The comprehensive performance of clean operation rooms in the hospitals in Beijing were not satisfying. Supervision and surveillance should be strengthened.
