摘要 研究了聚氧乙烯双环氧基醚的鞣革性能,考察了影响其鞣制效果的主要因素。结果表明,环氧基在中性条件下较为稳定,碱性条件可以促进双环氧基与胶原侧链胺基发生交联反应而产生鞣性;其鞣制效果受鞣剂分子的链长、用量、pH值、温度和催化剂等因素影响,特别是叔胺类能加快反应速率、提高鞣制效果,加入六亚甲基四胺可以使皮革的收缩温度提高到80℃以上。在优化的工艺条件下,聚氧乙烯双环氧基醚鞣制可以得到收缩温度接近85℃、柔软洁白的皮革,且其整体的感官性能和戊二醛鞣革相近。 The tanning properties of polyoxyethylene diepoxy ethers were studied, and the main factors affecting its tanning effect were investigated. The results show that epoxy groups are stable under neutral conditions, and alkaline can promote the formation of cross-linking between collagen side chains through double epoxy groups,which can bring tanning effect. The tanning effect is affected by the length of molecular chain, dosage, pH, temperature and catalyst,especially.It's clear that tertiary amines can accelerate the reaction rate and improve the tanning effect. Adding of methenamine can make leather shrinkage temperature to above 80 ℃.Under the optimized process conditions, the shrinkage temperature can approach to 85 ℃, and the leather shows soft and white, and its overall sensory properties are close to that tanned with glutaraldehyde.
