3D打印技术与鞋业设计制造新模式的展望 被引量:7

摘要 讨论了目前传统鞋业存在的局限性,认为其设计制造周期长,设计自由度限制等原因使其无法满足客户日益增长的个性化定制的需求;而3D打印技术在个性化定制方面具有很大的优势,能够完全实现一式一样。但是目前在鞋业当中3D打印技术主要应用于鞋垫的个性化定制,而本文通过3D打印技术在鞋垫定制上的使用展望了一种全新的鞋业生产创造的新模式,这种新模式能够满足客户亲自参与到个性化定制的需求,同时为鞋厂节省了资金。 The essay presents the limitations of traditional shoes industry. It shows the long cycle of designing and manufacturing, less design flexibility would result in the failure to meet the increasing tailored demand of individual needs of each client. However,there is a great of advantages in customisation for 3D Printing Technology,which can completely achieve identical products. But,this technology mainly applied to personalized insoles. Based on the using of 3D Printing Technology in the insoles, a new production mode in footwear industry can satisfy customer demands from hands-on to personalized customization and save the making money for the factory.
