激光共焦显微拉曼光谱技术对手印中海洛因及其稀释剂的检测研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用激光共焦显微拉曼光谱技术对汗潜手印和油潜手印中的海洛因、烟酰胺、碳酸钠、葡萄糖、淀粉、蔗糖、滑石粉进行了检测,并对主要拉曼特征峰所对应的分子振动基团进行了识别,在此基础上,对手印中的混合毒品进行分析检测。实验结果表明,在不破坏手印的情况下,激光共焦显微拉曼光谱技术实现了对手印中海洛因、烟酰胺、碳酸钠、葡萄糖、淀粉、蔗糖、滑石粉的快速检测,对手印中混合毒品样品中的海洛因成分能够有效的识别,手印中的油脂不影响以上各物质的检测识别,通过显微红外光谱技术对试验结果的准确性进行了确认,研究结果将为相关涉毒案件的侦破提供有力的技术支持。 The heroin,niacinamide,sodium carbonate,talc,starch,glucose and sucrose in latent fingerprints were detected by laser confocal micro-Raman spectroscopy. These substances were studied on sweat-rich and sebum-rich latent fingerprints. Meanwhile,corresponding molecular vibration groups were identified for main characteristic peaks. On the basis of that,laser confocal micro-Raman spectroscopy was also employed to study heroin in compound-doped fingerprints. The experimental results showed that all the substances could be clearly distinguished using their characteristic Raman spectra and quickly detected in latent fingerprints with this non-destructive method. Heroin in compound-doped fingerprints could be distinguished effectively,and the oil produced little interference to the identification of the substances. The results were confirmed by micro-IR spectroscopy method.
