摘要
师德评价观的合理化是师德评价合理性的前提。目前,师德评价观中存在功利化、泛道德化、独白化等三种不合理的评价取向。功利化的评价观忽视了对教师美德的培养,泛道德化的评价观丧失评价活动应该具有的正面效应,独白化的评价观违背了人的道德发展规律且无法准确把握评价对象的道德面貌。寻求评价观的合理化应该立足现代社会语境,注重美德塑造和制度约束相统一,适当放大师德评价的正面效应,契合现代社会教师人格发展诉求,以满足评价的目的性、规范性和规律性。
The rationalization of teacher' s ethics evaluation is the premise of rationality of teacher' s ethics evaluation. At present, there are three kinds of unreasonable evaluation orientations, utilitarianism, moralistic tendency and monologue in the ethics evalua- tion. The evaluation of utilitarianism ignores the cultivation of teachers' virtues, the evaluation of moralistic tendency losses the posi- tive effect that evaluation activities should have, the evaluation of monologue violates the law of human moral development and the mor- al appearance of the evaluation object can' t be accurately grasped. To seek the rationalization of evaluation, it should be based on the context of modern society, pay attention to the unity of virtues and institutional constraints, appropriately enlarge the positive effect of ethics evaluation, be in line with the demands for development of modern social teachers' personalities, to meet the purpose, standard and regularity of evaluation.
