摘要
文章以S大学为研究案例,聚焦于两个不同特质的基层学术组织中同样从事语言文学类研究的人群,借助"双因素激励"理论的分析框架,对比不同组织环境中二者科研动力机制的结构性差异。研究结果表明,作为专业型基层学术组织的文学院教师群体的科研动力更多源自激励因素,即科研工作本身的激励;作为综合型基层学术组织的国际文化学院教师群体则更多依赖于保健因素,即科研管理和科研支持的因素。研究还发现,教师教授课程内容深度、学生群体的特性会对科研—教学的互动的深度与广度产生重要影响。
This paper is a case study on two groups of teachers in different institutes of the S University, which are both engaged in language and literature research and teaching. We compared the structural differences of teachers' scientific research motivation mech- anism in different organization environment. According to the research, teachers in the professional academic organizations are mostly motivated by the Motivate Factors ; hut the teachers in the comprehensive academic organizations are more likely to be motivated by the Hygienic Factors. The research also indicates that the depth of course content and the level of students have a significant impact on the interaction of teaching and research.
