摘要
研究目的:设计方案比选是一个多目标、多因素、多层次的系统工程。本文以郑万铁路引入郑州地区为工程背景,为引入多条铁路布局,构建郑州地区"米"字形高速客运系统,现有的客运系统已无法适应,在规划研究成果基础上,客运系统考虑新增线路的引入方案,深化系统补强措施,合理选择设站方案。研究结论:(1)通过对城市总体规划、航空港经济综合试验区和综合交通规划等诸多方面的研究,结合郑州站、郑州东站、郑州北站三站的功能定位,从客运站设置条件、吸引客流条件、线路顺直性、与城市规划的配合、空铁联运便捷程度、对外交通疏解、征地拆迁、工程实施技术条件、对铁路运输系统(含既有和规划)影响等方面分析各方案的优缺点,推荐机场东站址方案;(2)合理选择空港新区设站方案,并对地区总图、客运系统分工和车站设计进行了论证;(3)该研究成果可为类似项目的方案比选提供参考。
Research purposes: The optimal selection of variant design scheme is a multi - level system engineering with multi -objective and multi -factor. The existing passenger transport system is unable to accommodate multiple railway layouts. In order to build " double cross" high -speed passenger transport system in Zhengzhou region, based on the research result of planning, the passenger transport system takes the introduction of new lines into account to deepen the system reinforcement measures and choose station location. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) Based on the research of overall urban planning, airport economic comprehensive experimental area and the comprehensive traffic planning in many aspect, combined functional positioning of Zhengzhou station, Zhengzhou East station and Zhengzhou North station, Airport East station scheme is recommended. In the decision procedure, many factors are taken into account, such as the condition of passenger station, the condition of attracting passengers, the characteristic of straight line, the cooperation with urban planning, the convenience degree of air - rail intermodality, the foreign traffic organization, the requisition of the land, the condition of project implementation and technological conditions and the influence on railway transportation systems( including existing and planning railway), to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme. (2) Select the scheme of new airport area reasonably and discuss the regional general map, the division of the passenger transport system and the station designing scheme. (3) The research result can provide a theoretical foundation for the similar project.
