摘要
研究目的:道岔是轨道线路的薄弱环节,是影响列车安全平稳通过的关键因素。道岔最主要的特征就是其横截面外形随长度方向的变化而变化,使得线路存在较大的横向不平顺和垂向不平顺。本文通过多体动力学软件UM建立地铁A型车-道岔耦合动力学模型,以7号右开道岔为例,建立地铁A型车辆模型和道岔变截面轨道模型,对侧向通过道岔动力学性能进行分析,并运用我国现行车辆运行安全性评定标准进行分析评估。研究结论:(1)当地铁A型车辆以50 km/h及以下速度侧向通过7号道岔时,所有行车安全性指标均满足相应的安全标准,可以保证列车运行安全,但轮对横向位移较大,车辆有横向晃车的趋势;(2)车辆速度越大,轮轨横向力最大值也越大;(3)该研究成果可用于铁路、地铁车辆段列车过岔安全性评估,具有一定的工程实用意义。
Research purposes: Turnout is the weak link of track line, which is the key factor to affect the safety of train. The most important feature is the change point of the cross section shape with the change of the length direction, which can cause transverse irregularity and vertical irregularity of the line. A type vehicle turnout coupling dynamics model was established by using the multi -body dynamics software UM, taking the No. 7 right turnout as an example, the A type metro vehicle model and variable cross section rail turnout model was established, dynamics performance passing through turnout was analyzed and evaluated by using the present vehicle operation safety evaluation standard. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) When metro A type vehicle passes through the No. 7 turnout to 50 km/h and below the lateral velocity, all traffic safety indicators meet the relevant safety standards, to ensure the safe operation of the train; but the lateral displacement of the vehicle wheel is large, the vehicle has the trend of transverse sway. (2)The greater the vehicle speed, the greater the wheel rail lateral force. (3) The research results can be used in safety assessment of over switch in railway, metro vehicle depot, and have a certain practical significance.
