头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗原发性血管性头痛患者的效果及对脑循环血流量的影响

Effect of Toutongning Capsule Combined with Nimodipine on Patients with Primary Vascular Headache and its Influence on Cerebral Blood Flow

目的分析原发性血管性头痛患者应用头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将我院111例原发性血管性头痛患者分组,对照组55例采用尼莫地平治疗,观察组56例联合头痛宁胶囊治疗,对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、脑循环血流量改善情况、止痛时间、并发症发生率及复发率。结果观察组总有效率94.64%高于对照组81.83%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血管收缩期峰值流速值及血管脉动指数值改善幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组止痛时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率3.57%、复发率1.79%均低于对照组16.36%、14.55%(P<0.05)。结论头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平能够快速去除原发性血管性头痛患者的症状体征,促进脑循环血流量恢复,止痛时间短、复发率低,安全性高。

Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of Toutongning capsule combined with nimodipine in patients with primary vascular headache. In the control group, 55 patients were treated with nimodipine, and 56 patients in the observation group were treated with Toutongning capsule base on the treatment of control group. The clinical efficacy, cerebral circulation blood flow improvement, analgesia time, complication rate, and recurrence rate were compared be- tween the two groups after treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.64% higher than that in the control group （81.83%, P〈0.05）. The peak value of vascular systolic velocity and the improvement of vas- cular pulsation index in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈O.05）. The analgesic time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 3.57% and the recurrence rate was 1.79%, which was lower than the control group 16.36% and 14.55% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Toutongning capsule combined with nimodipine can rapidly remove the symptoms and signs of patients with primary vascular headache, promote the recovery of cerebral circulation blood flow, have a short analgesic time, low recurrence rate, and high safety.
