综合康复早期介入时机对产伤性臂丛神经损伤疗效的影响

Clinical Effect Observation of Early Intervention of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy for Birth Injury of Brachial Plexus Injury

目的:观察早期介入综合康复疗法对不同年龄阶段产伤性臂丛神经损伤患儿疗效的影响。方法:选取产伤性臂丛神经损伤患儿16例,根据患儿的年龄大小分别纳入治疗组(年龄在3个月内的患儿),对照组(年龄在3个月-2周岁的患儿),每组各8名患儿。对照组及治疗组均采用同种康复治疗手段,在治疗前及治疗三个月后分别进行Mallet评分、粗大运动神经功能评分。结果:经综合康复治疗后,治疗组患儿在Mallet评分、粗大运动神经功能的评分方面都要优于对照组。结论:小儿臂丛神经损伤越早介入综合康复手段,对患儿受损神经的恢复、粗大及精细运动的产生效果越好。

Objective： To observe the effect of early interventional comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the outcomes of children with traumatic brachial plexus injury at different ages. Methods： 16 children with traumatic bra- chial plexus injury were selected and divided into the treatment group （patients aged 3 months） and control group （age 3 months to 2 years） according to their age, 8 children in each group. Both the control group and the treatment group used the same kind of rehabilitation treatment. The Mallet score and gross motor function score were performed before and after the treatment. Results： After comprehensive rehabilitation, children in the treatment group were superior to the control group in the Mallet score and gross motor function score. Conclusions： The earlier involvement of brachial plexus injury in children with comprehensive rehabilitation measures, the better the recovery of the injured nerves in children, the greater the effect of coarse and fine movements.
