摘要 NLRP3炎性小体(inflammasome)是NLR炎性通路中的重要组成部分,可以识别细菌、病毒等病原体,激活半胱天冬酶-1(Caspase-1),进一步活化炎性因子如白介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)和白介素-18(interleukin-18,IL-18)等,杀灭/清除入侵的病原体,维持机体固有免疫和特异性免疫;同时又能导致靶组织靶细胞损害的瀑布样效应,出现发热等全身炎症性反应。由于该炎性通路在多种疾病中均发挥重要的作用,近年来NLRP3炎性小体受到越来越多的关注。 NLRP3(inflammasome) is an important part of NLR inflammation pathway. It can identify bacteria, vi- ruses and other pathogens, activate easpase-1, and then further activate inflammatory factors such as interleukin- 1 β (IL-1β and interlenkin-18(IL-18), induce inflammatory response to resist pathogens invasion, maintain the in- nate immnnity and specific immune system, but at the same time can lead to the target cell damage of the waterfall-like effect, such as fever and other systemic inflammatory response. Since the inflammatory pathway plays an important role in many diseases, more and more attention has been paid to the NLRP3 in recent years.
