Based on coupling reaction of energy supply in the process of human body's metabolism,this paper discusses the transformation and supply of energy during the human body movement. It also puts forth the authors' knowledge and understanding as to factors influencing the re-composition of ATP-the direct source of energy supply in dynamic equilibrium and ATP's effects on motion ability.
