Research on Developing Management Simulation Training Based on Action Learning

管理沙盘在教学中应用已非常广泛,而院校自主开发管理沙盘的事例较少,关于管理沙盘开发的研究也寥寥无几,该文作者根据多年沙盘教学及自主开发管理沙盘的经验,总结管理沙盘设计开发的一般理论和框架。

Management simulation training has been widely used in teaching.However,there are few cases of independent development of management simulation training in colleges and universities.There are few studies on the development of management simulation training.Based on the years of experience on teaching and development of management simulation training,the author summarizes the general theory and framework for the design and development of management simulation training.
