摘要 从中职学校的培养目标及学生现状分析入手,准确把握激励教育的含义,巧妙运用激励教育手段,始终坚持"以人为本"的原则,为有效融合学生成长的心理需求,为充分焕发学生的内生动力,为促进学生健康持续的发展,积极营造和谐融洽的教学氛围,使学生有展示自我的舞台,把学生塑造成新时代的综合型职业人才、打造成未来大国工匠的后备军。 This paper,starting with the cultivation situation and current situation of students in secondary vocational schools,exactly masters the meaning of incentive education,makes a clever use of incentive education means,and suggests constantly insisting on the"people-oriented"principle,to effective combine with the psychological needs of student growth,fully stimulate the endogenous power of students,promote the healthy and sustainable development of students,and actively create harmonious atmosphere of teaching,so that the students will have a stage to show themselves,and be cultivated into comprehensive vocational talents in the new era,and become the reserves of craftsmen of China in the future.
