文章认为,将人本管理思想融入到学校管理中,给教职员工搭建一个展示自己的平台,让教职员工在学校中能够找到一条适合个人发展的道路,让教职员工能够各展其能,把自己的全部身心投入到学校的发展中,奉献出自己全部的智慧,实现自我价值。

This paper holds that,people-oriented management thought can be integrated into the school management,to build a platform for faculty members to show themselves,so that they can find a road suitable to their individual development in the schools,show their own abilities and skills,devote themselves to the school development,and contribute their wisdoms,to realize their self-value.
