摘要 随着科学技术的迅速发展,逆向工程技术已经成为了产品设计研发的重要手段。文中对逆向工程技术中关键环节—曲面重构进行介绍,对曲面重构的方法技术进行了分析比较。研究了Bezier曲线曲面、B样条曲线曲面和NURBS曲线曲面的构建控制理论、数学模型及各种方法适用的范围。总结出Bezier曲线曲面在构建方面的优缺点,NURBS曲线曲面权因子的作用,为选择合适的曲面重构方法奠定了理论基础。 With the rapid development of science and technology,reverse engineering technology has become one of important means of product design and research development.This paper introduces the curved surface reconstruction,a key link in reverse engineering technology,and conducts analysis and comparison on the curved surface reconstruction methods and technologies;researches the construction control theories and mathematical models of Bezier curved line and curved surface,B-spline curved line and curved surface,and NURBS curved line and curved surface as well as the applicable ranges of various methods;and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Bezier curved line and curved surface in construction,and function of NURBS curved line and curved surface weight factors,to lay a theoretical basis for selection of an appropriate curved surface reconstruction method.
