复方小儿退热栓治疗小儿高热惊厥的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Compound Pediatric Antipyretic Suppositories in Treating Pediatric Fever Convulsions

目的探讨复方小儿退热栓应用于小儿高热惊厥治疗的临床效果。方法选取某院2015年6月~2017年6月收治的确诊为高热惊厥患儿100例,并将其分为观察组与对照组,采用镇静、抗感染等常规治疗。对照组50例,给予对乙酰氨基酚混悬滴剂进行口服退热治疗。观察组50例,采用复方小儿退热栓治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后两组惊厥次数均明显减少(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组惊厥次数、惊厥好转时间及高热退去时间均显著短于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高热惊厥患儿应用复方小儿退热栓治疗效果显著,可有效促进小儿高热及惊厥症状的改善,同时不会发生严重不良反应,具有较高的安全性,值得临床应用推广。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of compound pediatric antipyretic suppository in the treatment of pediatric febrile seizures. METHODS A total of 100 children diagnosed as having febrile seizures in a hospital from June 2015 to June2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The patients were treated by conventional therapy such as sedation and anti-infection. Control group,50 patients were given acetaminophen suspension drops for oral antipyretic treatment.Observation group of 50 cases,the use of compound pediatric antipyretic suppository treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. RESULTS The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the number of seizures decreased significantly in both groups（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the number of convulsions,the time of improvement of convulsion and the time of withdrawal from hyperthermia in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The treatment of children with febrile seizures in children with antipyretic suppository has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms of hyperthermia and convulsion in children without serious adverse reactions,with high safety and worthy of clinical application.
