摘要
综合分析了对质量要求高的140t侧架铸钢件的结构及铸造工艺。阐述了该侧架铸钢件的铸造工艺及生产经验,并针对其形状复杂、砂芯阻碍收缩产生铸造应力大易产生裂纹的特点,提出了内腔采取分体砂芯、加置防裂冷铁的新思路。通过采用保温冒口及冒口覆盖剂加强补缩等措施,有效地防止了侧架铸钢件裂纹和缩松的产生,生产出了合格的铸件,可为类似铸件的生产提供借鉴。
The structure and casting process for a type of 140 t side frame steel castings requiring high quality were comprehensively analyzed. The casting process and production experience of the side frame steel castings were discussed, and in the light of characteristics that crack is easy to produce in the side frame steel casting because of its complex shape and excessive cast stress resulting from sand core inhibiting shrinkage, a new idea that adoption of split cores for the cavity and placing chill to preventing crack was put forward. The use of both insulating riser and riser covering agent for the purpose of improving feeding and the adoption of other measures has prevented effectively crack and shrinkage porosity from producing in the side frame steel casting, and the qualified side frame steel castings have been produced, which may give a reference to production of similar steel castings.
