摘要
随着铸造工艺和装备技术的不断改进,传统的手工铸造已不能适应和满足发展的需要。智能铸造工厂作为一个创新型设想已被付诸实施。以基于砂芯3DP打印的铸造成型智能单元及工厂设计为例,介绍了智能铸造工厂组成及铸造成型智能单元和工厂的生产流程、智能系统及优势等,从而为智能铸造工厂的建设提供一定的帮助。
With the constant improvement in casting process and equipment technology, the traditional manual casting can not meet demand. As a innovative idea, intelligent casting plant has been put into effect. Taking design of smart casting unit/plant for cast moulding based on sand core 3D printing as an example, composition of intelligent casting plant, production process, systems and advantage of intelligent casting unit/plant for cast moulding were described, which will be helpful for the construction of intelligent casting plant.
