基于电流传输器的四阶蔡氏混沌电路设计及仿真

摘要 针对典型蔡氏电路参数变化范围小及普通运放不适用于高频电路的缺点,采用了利用电流传输器设计四阶蔡氏混沌电路的方法。对典型蔡氏电路进行变形,得到一种四阶蔡氏电路.用电流传输器实现了四阶蔡氏电路的非线性电阻和仿真电感,扩大参数调节范围的同时提高了电路的工作频率与稳定性.设计了一个保密通信电路,实现了对信息信号的保密.用PSPICE软件对电路进行仿真,证明了该方法的可行性。 Aiming at the disadvantages that the typical Chua's chaotic circuit has a small variation range of parameters and does not applicable to high frequency circuits, a method is used to design the fourth-order Chua's chaotic circuit by using current conveyors. A fourth-order Chua's circuit is realized by deforming the typical Chua's circuit, and the nonlinear resistor and simulated inductor in fourth-order Chua's circuit are realized with current conveyors. The adjusting range of parameters is extended, and the work frequency and stability of the circuit are improved. A secure communication circuit is designed to encrypt the information signal. The circuit is simulated with PSPICE software, which proves the feasibility of proposed method.
