跑台训练对脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能及Notch信号通路的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨跑台训练对脊髓损伤(SCI)大鼠运动功能及Notch信号通路的影响。方法建立SCI大鼠模型,实验分为SCI模型组、运动训练组和正常组,BBB评分法和改良Tarlow评分记录术后1、3、7、14、28 d大鼠运动评分;RT-PCR检测SCI部位的脊髓组织中Notch1、Hes1 mRNA表达。结果 SCI模型组及运动训练组在各个时间点的BBB评分和改良Tarlow评分均显著低于正常组(均P<0.05),运动训练组从14 d起BBB评分和改良Tarlow评分显著高于SCI模型组(均P<0.05);SCI模型组和运动训练组各个时间点Notch1、Hes1 mRNA相对表达量均显著高于正常组(均P<0.05),运动训练组在各个时间点Notch1、Hes1 mRNA相对表达量均显著低于SCI模型组(均P<0.05)。结论跑台训练可能通过抑制Notch信号通路对大鼠的SCI起保护作用。
