通过科学诠释"人类命运共同体"的内涵与外延,认为"人类命运共同体"应包括经济共同体、安全共同体、环保共同体和文明共同体这四个维度,在此基础上提出了中俄携手共同打造"大欧亚命运共同体"的战略思路,即中俄合作共同主导先建立起"大欧亚自贸区",并以此为基础建立"大欧亚安全共同体"和"大欧亚文明共同体",最终形成"大欧亚命运共同体"。

This article interpreted the connotation and extension of the community of human destiny scientifically. It is believed that the community of human destiny should include the four dimensions of the economic community, the security community, the environmental community and the civilized community. On the basis of these four dimensions we put forward the strategic thinking of China and Russia to work together to build the destiny community of Eurasia, namely the cooperation between China and Russia jointly led to establish Eurasian free trade area. Based on this building the Eurasian security community and the Eurasian civilization. Finally, the Eurasian destiny community was formed.
