摘要 近年来,山东省食用菌产业呈现出快速发展的趋势,生产规模迅速壮大,品种结构和栽培模式不断升级,产业创新能力也逐渐增强。但是,在山东省食用菌产业发展过程中也出现了劳动力和原辅材料成本上升、标准化程度较低、精深加工的技术薄弱、废弃物利用程度不高等诸多问题。针对山东省食用菌产业的新情况和新问题,分析山东省食用菌产业的阻碍因素,探索推进山东省食用菌产业可持续发展的策略。 In recent years, the edible fungus industry in Shandong province has shown a rapid development trend, the scale of production has been rapidly expanded, the variety structure and cultivation mode have been continuously upgraded, and the innovation capability of industries has also been gradually enhanced. Remarkable achievements have been made in the aspects of production scale, output value and output. However, in the current industrial development process, many problems such as rising costs of labor force, raw materials and auxiliary materials, lower standardization, weak technology of intensive processing, and low utilization of waste have also emerged. Based on the new situation and new problems of the edible fungus industry in Shandong Province in this thesis, analyze the development strategy of edible fungus industry in Shandong Province, explore and promote the sustainable development of edible fungus industry strategy.
