“互联网+”背景下辽宁省养老服务模式的困境及路径选择

近些年来,互联网+农业、互联网+医疗、互联网+教育等"互联网+"背景下的民生服务如雨后春笋般应运而生。"互联网+"模式绝不仅仅是行业的变革,它已经逐渐成为了改善民生的重要手段。早在2015年国家就提出在养老领域推进"互联网+"行动。目前辽宁省养老服务模式有很多困境,"互联网+"背景下提高互联网普及率,推动养老服务公平、公开发展;加强互联网监管,优化网络环境;城乡结合发展,平衡养老服务水平等有助于推动辽宁省养老服务业发展。

The ＂Internet ＋ ＂ model has long been accepted by all fields. In recent years, people＇s livelihood services such as Internet ＋ agriculture, Internet ＋ medical treatment, Internet ＋ education and other Internet ＋ services have spring up as mushrooms. Internet ＋ model is more than just a revolution in the industry, it has gradually become an important means of improving people＇s livelihood. As early as 2015, the state proposed to promote ＂Internet ＋ ＂ in the field of pensions. In the Internet context Liaoning province pension service mode has many difficulties. This article proposes ways to improve the penetration rate of the Internet, promote the fair and open development of pension services ; strengthen the supervision of the Internet, optimize the network environment ; combine urban and rural development, and balance the level of pension services.
