以阜阳市4个国家级贫困地区为例,探究精准扶贫在供给侧结构性改革背景下的路径创新。从供给侧结构性改革和精准扶贫两者的关系出发,探讨阜阳市精准扶贫现状和成效,以阜阳市目前精准扶贫实施的困境为基础,提出相关政策建议,以期给阜阳市政府在精准扶贫问题上提供新思路。

This paper takes 4 national poverty area in Fuyang as an example, to explore the innovation path of precise poverty under the background of supply side reform. By the relationship between the precise poverty and supply - side structural reform as a starting point, to study the present situation and achievement of precise poverty in Fuyang City. based on precise poverty reduction dilemma of Fuyang and puts forward to relevant policy suggestions, in order to provide new ideas on the precise poverty reduction to the Fuyang municipal government, furthermore, realizing the planning of poverty alleviation in poor areas in the crucial period of targeted poverty reduction.
