电梯摩擦型限速器绳最大提拉力的计算

Calculation of Maximum Tensile Force in the Overspeed Governor Rope Using only Traction to Produce the Force

摘要 以分析电梯限速器绳受到的静摩擦力为基础,分别计算了考虑和不考虑限速器绳重量两种情况下摩擦型限速器绳的最大提拉力。相关计算证明:在张紧装置重量、限速器绳重量等影响因素不变的前提下,电梯的额定速度越大,限速器动作时限速绳的最大提拉力越小。 Based on the analysis of the rope static friction force in the groove of the pulley of overspeed governor, the maximum tensile force in the overspeed governor rope using only traction to produce the force is calculated in two cases, considering or without considering the weight of the governor rope. It shows that the influencing factors remain constant, such as governor tensioning pulley weight, governor rope weight and so on.Conclusions are as follows: the greater the rated speed, the smaller the maximum tensile force while the governor was tripped, and the smaller the rated speed, the greater the maximum tensile force while the governor was tripped.
