摘要
采用实验对比的方法 ,探讨步法移动对网球选修班学生掌握各项技术及在不同层次上的影响 ,结果表明 ,步法是影响网球技术学习的重要因素。
Through comparing the experiments,influences of tennis step shift on skill commanding were studied. The result showed that steps were important factors influencing tennis skill learning. Reinforcing step learning was the premise of commanding skills.
