肾康注射液联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果分析

Effect of Shenkang injection combined with valsartan on early diabetic nephropathy

目的观察缬沙坦和肾康注射液联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将86例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组43例，两组患者均予15／服降糖药或胰岛素、降血脂等常规西医治疗。治疗组采用肾康注射液联合缬沙坦治疗，对照组给予缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗前后血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、血浆白蛋白（ALB）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）等指标。结果两组治疗后UAER、Scr和HbA1c水平均明显下降，与同组治疗前比较差并有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且治疗组下降更为明显，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后ALB均上升，与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0。05），治疗组与对照组比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者血BUN治疗前后组内及组间比较，差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论缬沙坦联合肾康注射液可有效治疗早期糖尿病肾病，能显著改善患者肾功能和糖化血红蛋白，是治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of valsartan combined with Shenkang injec- tion on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty-six patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were given oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin, lipid-lowering and other conventional western medicine treatment. The treatment group was treated with Shenkang injection combined with valsartan treatment, and the control group was given valsartan treatment. The serum creatinine （Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, serum albumin （ALB）, glycosylated hemo- globin （HbAlc） and other indicators before and after treatment were compared. Results After treat- ment, the levels of UAER, Scr and HbAlc were significantly decreased in both groups, the difference of the same group before and after treatment was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the indexes in the treatment group decreased more significantly, the differences of the two groups were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The serum albumin of the two groups increased after treatment, the difference of the same group before and af- ter treatment was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the blood BUN levels between the two groups before and after treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Valsartan combined with Shenkang injection can effec- tively treat early diabetic nephropathy, and significantly improve the renal function and glycosylated he-moglobin, so it is an effective method in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
