糖尿病早期肾脏疾病与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性研究

Correlation of early diabetic kidney disease with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨糖尿病早期肾脏疾病（EDKD）与糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的相关性。方法对543例2型糖尿病患者进行调查，EDKD诊断以30 mg≤24 h尿微量白蛋白定量〈300 mg且肾功能正常为标准，DNP病变诊断以临床症状加肌电图异常为标准。按照患者有无EDKD分为EDKD组（233例）和非EDKD组（310例），比较两组2型糖尿病患者DPN患病率。结果EDKD组DPN患病率（56.7%）明显高于非EDKD组（36.8%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2＝21.212，P〈0.01）。结论EDKD可能是DPN发病率增加的一个重要因素。

Objective To investigate the correlation of early diabetic kidney disease （EDKD） with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）.Methods A total of 543 patients with type 2 diabetic were investigated; 24 h urinary albumin quantitation greater than 30 mg while less than 300 mg and normal kidney function were the standards for diagnosis of early diabetic kidney disease; while clinical symptom and abnormal electromyogram were the standards for diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Patients were divided into EDKD group （233 cases） and non EDKD group （310 cases） according to being with or without EDKD; the morbidity rates of DPN of the two groups were compared.Results The prevalance of DPN in EDKD group （56.7%） was higher than that in non EDKD group （36.8%）, the difference was statistical significance between the two groups （χ^2=21.212, P〈0.01）.Conclusions EDKD may be an important factor of increasing prevalance of DPN.
