2型糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL含量与血清SF及TSAT水平变化的相关性

Correlation between the content of serum NGAL and levels of serum SF and TSAT in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy

目的探究2型糖尿病肾病患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白（NGAL）含量与血清铁蛋白（SF）及转铁蛋白饱和度（TSAT）水平变化的相关性。方法选取2型糖尿病肾病患者52例，依据其血清NGAL的中位数值分为高血清NGAL水平组（血清NGAL水平〉中位数）与低血清NGAL水平组（血清NGAL水平≤中位数），每组26例。比较两组铁代谢相关指标[SF、TSAT、总铁结合力（TIBC）、血清铁（Fe）]水平，分析2型糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL含量与血清SF、TSAT、TIBC、Fe水平的相关性。结果高血清NGAL水平组血清SF、TSAT水平高于低血清NGAL水平组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；但两组血清TIBC、Fe水平比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）。经Spearman相关分析显示，2型糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL含量与血清SF、TSAT水平呈显著正相关（P均〈0.05）。结论2型糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL水平与血清SF及TSAT水平呈明显正相关，检测其表达水平有助于间接反映患者机体铁代谢状况。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin （NGAL） content and levels of serum ferritin （SF） and transferrin saturation （TSAT） in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods Fifty-two patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were selected and were divided into high-level serum NGAL group （level of serum NGAL〉the median） and low-level serum NGAL group （level of serum NGAL≤the median） according to their serum NGAL median value, with 26 cases in each group. The related indicators levels of iron metabolism [SF, TSAT, total iron binding capacity （TIBC） and serum iron （Fe）] were compared between the two groups; and the correlations between serum NGAL content and serum SF, TSAT, TIBC and Fe levels in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were analyzed.Results The levels of serum SF, TSAT in high-level serum NGAL group were higher than those in low-level serum NGAL group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the levels of serum TIBC and Fe between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The Spearman correlation analysis showed that type 2 diabetic nephropathy was positively correlated with levels of serum NGAL, SF and TSAT （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The content of serum NGAL in type 2 diabetic nephropathy is positively correlated with levels of serum SF and TSAT, and corresponding expression detection can indirectly reflect the iron metabolism situation of patients.
