新旧材料无托槽隐形矫正器对患者治疗舒适度的影响

Effect of new material SmartTrack and original material invisalign on the comfort of patients

目的比较无托槽隐形矫正的新型材料SmartTrack和原有材料aligner对患者治疗过程中舒适度的影响，并调查患者对新型材料的可接受程度。方法选择2013年起已经使用aligner（5.0±2.3）个月的患者58例，在使用新材料后2个月，于2周内完成一份包含16项内容的问卷调查，包括初戴矫治器的疼痛感、压力感、舒适程度、黏膜不适感及变色程度等。结果根据NRS疼痛感量表进行分析，新型材料的最大痛苦强度、戴入时疼痛感持续强度和压力感均小于原有材料（P〈0.001）。90%的调查对象表示新型材料更舒适、更持久，变色程度和味道更易接受。结论新型材料评价良好，患者的疼痛强度、疼痛持续时间、黏膜不适感明显降低，整体舒适度提高。

Objective To compare the effects of new material SmartTrack and original material invisalign on the comfort of patients in the treatment process, and to investigate the acceptability of the new materials.Methods Fifty-eight patients who had used conventional aligner for （5.0±2.3） months since 2013 were selected and were required to completed a questionnaire with 16 items in two weeks after 2 months of application of the new materials, including the pain, pressure, comfort level, mucous uncomfortable experience, discoloration in initial application.Results Based on the numerical rating scale （NRS）, the maximum pain intensity, continuous intensity of pain and pressure at the beginning of using new material were all smaller than those of the conventional invisalign （P〈0.001）. Over 90% of the research objects expressed that the new material was more comfortable and durable, and the degree of discoloration and taste were more acceptable.Conclusions The new material has good quality evaluation by patients, by which the pain intensity, duration of pain, the mucous discomfort are obviously reduced and the overall comfort is improved.
