摘要
针对变频冰箱压缩机,Cool-Tech^(TM)变频技术在软件方面设计了基于电流前馈的转矩补偿算法;在硬件方面选用了士兰微高性能低功耗单片机和定制的超结功率MOSFET。通过实验表明,相比正弦变频器和传统的方波变频器,Cool-Tech^(TM)变频技术在对变频器硬件和软件优化后,能有效地降低系统的噪声和振动,降低变频器功耗,提高系统的COP值。
For the inverter refrigerator compressor, Cool-TechTM technology design the current feedforward torque compensation algorithm in the software: In the hardware Silan high-performance low-power microcontrollers and customized super-junction power MOSFET are selected. Experiments show that, compared with the sensorless FOC control and the traditional square wave control, Cool-TechTM technology can effectively reduce the system noise and vibration, reduce the inverter power consumption and improve system COP value.
