水墨印刷是一个庞大的系统工程，只有充分调动水墨研发生产企业、水墨印刷设备研发企业以及包装印刷企业各方面的积极性，协同努力才能促进水墨印刷的高速发展。本文分析了水墨发展的各项条件，并指出应该发展无助溶剂水墨才能真正从源头解决印刷环节的VOCs治理问题。

Water-basedink printing is a huge systematic project. Only fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of water-based ink researching and production enterprises, water-based ink printing equipment researching and development enterprises and packaging and printing enterprises.We can promote the rapid development of water-based ink printing by concerting all efforts . This paper analyzes the conditions for the development of water-based ink, and points out that it is necessary to develop the helpless solvent water-based ink and to solve the problem of VOCs at the printing press.
