Expression of Rab11 in bladder cancer and its clinical significance

摘要 目的检测Rab11在膀胱癌组织中的表达及其与临床分期病理分级的关系。方法免疫组织化学方法检测Rab11在膀胱癌组织中的表达类型,并分析了Rab11的表达与临床病理因素的关联。结果 Rab11在膀胱癌组织标本中阳性表达率为39/96,并定位于细胞浆;Rab11在60岁以下的组织标本中阳性表达率为20/41,在60岁以上组织标本中阳性表达率为11/55(P=0.1601);Rab11在男性组织标本中的阳性表达率为30/68,在女性组织标本中的阳性表达率为9/28(P=0.2775);Rab11在Ta-T1期组织标本中阳性表达率为14/51,在T2-T4期组织标本中阳性表达率为25/45(P=0.0051);Rab11在病理G1期的组织标本中阳性表达率为17/46,在病理G2和G3期的组织标本中阳性表达率为22/50(P=0.4827)。结论 Rab11可能参与膀胱癌的发病机制并与临床进展密切相关,可能为膀胱癌的靶向治疗提供理论依据。 Objective To detect the expression of Rabll in bladder cancer and its relationship with the clinical pathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Rabll in bladder cancer, and the relationship between the expression of Rabll and clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Rabll in cytoplasm of bladder cancer specimens were 39/96, 30/68 in male and 9/28 in female(P=0.2775), 14/51 in Ta-T1 tissue specimens and 25/45 in T2-T4 tissue specimens(P=0.0051), 17/46 in pathological phase G1 tissue and 22/50 in pathological G2 and G3 phase specimens(P=0.4827). Conclusion Rabll might be involved in the pathogenesis of bladder cancer and clinical progress, and a therapy target of bladder cancer.
