抗增殖蛋白与肝癌的研究进展 被引量:2

The advance of prohibitin in liver cancer

摘要 抗增殖蛋白(prohibitin,PHB)在细菌、酵母、原虫、哺乳类动物等不同种属的细胞中广泛分布,且高度保守,参与细胞周期调控、增殖与凋亡、核转录以及维持线粒体形态等多种生物进程。PHB是肝发育的必要因素,PHB1蛋白在人类肝癌细胞株中表达下降,PHB基因缺失会抑制人肝癌细胞株细胞增殖、引起细胞凋亡。本综述系统性阐述抗增殖蛋白在肝癌发生、发展过程中的作用,有助于我们揭示相关机制,为肝癌的防治提供理论基础。 Prohibitin ( PHB ) is widely distributed in many biological cells such as bacteria, yeast, protozoa, drosophila and mammals, and highly conserved, and involved in the diverse cellular functions including cell cycle control, senescence, apoptosis and the regulation of mitochondrial activities, and is a necessary factor for liver development. The expression of PHBI protein was decreased and the deletion of PHB gene inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in human hepatoma cell lines. This review was performed to describe the role of PHB in liver cancer and it will help us reveal the related mechanism and provide the theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer.
