摘要
动物行为学检测方法是利用动物觅食、求生、逃避伤害以及喜暗等本能行为和善于学习的特性来观察动物的情绪和学习记忆,从而反映动物中枢神经系统功能变化的实验方法。本文将从实验原理、仪器组成、测试方法以及评价指标等方面对中枢神经系统相关的动物行为学检测方法进行简要综述。
Animal behavioral detection methods were used to observe the mood, learning and memory of animals utilizing animal＇s instinctive behavior of feeding, survival, avoidance of hurt and preference for darkness, as well as animal＇s speciality of good at learning. The aim of animal behavioral detection is to reflect functional changes of the central nervous system. This article briefly deals with animal behavior detection methods related to the central nervous system, including the experiment principle, the composition of instruments, test methods and evaluation indexes.
