摘要
根据田径教学特点 ,将念动心理方法用于田径技术教学 ,通过对内江师范学院体育教育专业的两个班进行对比试验 ,取得了初步效果 。
Based on characteristics of track and field teaching,the author applied cognition in teaching. The results of comparison of two classes of P.E. department in Neijiang Normal Institute proved to be successful,which indicated cognition could help students command track and field techniques and was effective in promoting achievements.
