A research on teaching method of backsliding guidance of shot

铅球完整技术教学中 ,背向滑步技术是铅球投掷的重要而复杂的教学环节。通过对背向滑步技术进行导引教学 ,利用人的视觉感应 ,通过练习 ,建立起正确的时间感、空间感 ,以及正确的动作定位。通过实验对比和对学生测试的统计分析 ,结果证明该实验有意义 。

In integrated technical teaching of shot,backsliding technique is important and complicated in the shot teaching. Through guidance teaching of the backsliding technique and by making good use of people's visual sense,correct sense of time,space and correct action position can be set up through exercises. Comparison of the experiments and testing statistics prove this method improve the teaching effect.
