血清IL-1Ra、IL-1β、TOS、TAS在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者中的表达及意义

Expressions and significance of serum IL-1Ra,IL-1β,TOS,and TAS in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的分析血清IL-1Ra、IL-1β、TOS、TAS在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者中的表达及意义,判断多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者的病情来及时采取应对措施。方法选取2015年5月-2017年5月接受临床治疗的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者65例为观察组,另选同期接受孕前体检的健康妇女65例为对照组,分析两组妇女血清IL-1Ra、IL-1β水平及炎性因子TOS、TAS指标水平变化。结果治疗前,观察组妇女血清IL-1Ra、IL-1β、TOS、TAS水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组排卵率50.0%、妊娠率30.8%低于对照组的84.6%、80.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妇女血清IL-1Ra、IL-1β、TOS、TAS均明显降低,与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过检测血清IL-1Ra、IL-1β、TOS、TAS的水平变化及妊娠率和排卵率变化可以判断出多囊卵巢综合征不孕症病情,治疗后多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者血清IL-1Ra、IL-1β、TOS、TAS水平均明显降低。

Objective To analyze the expressions and significance of serum IL- 1Ra, IL- 1β, TOS, and TAS in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （ PCOS ） , predict the conditions of these patients, and adopt corresponding measures timely. Methods Sixty-five infertile patients with PCOS treated by clinical therapy in Qujing Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as observation group. Sixty-five healthy women receiving physical examination before pregnancy during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of serum IL-1Ra and IL-1β, the changes of inflammatory factors （TOS and TAS） levels in the two groups were analyzed. Results Before treatment, the levels of serum IL-1Ra, IL-1β, TOS, and TAS in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0. 05 ） . After treatment, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in observation group were 50. 0% and 30. 8% , respectively, which were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （84. 6% and 80. 0% , respectively） （P〈0. 05 ） . The levels of serum IL-1Ra, IL-1β, TOS, and TAS in observation group decreased sig- nificantly, compared with before treatment, there were statistically significant differences （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion The conditions of infertile patients with PCOS can be predicted by detecting the changes of serum IL-1Ra, IL-1β, TOS, and TAS levels, pregnancy rate, and ovulafion rate. After treatment, the levels of serum IL- 1Ra, IL- 1β, TOS, and TAS decrease significantly in infertile patients with PCOS.
