Research on the Old-age Security System in Singapore

新加坡是人口老龄化速度最快的国家之一,其针对老龄化问题所做出的应对措施和经验尤为值得关注。本文在介绍新加坡人口结构和家庭状况的基础上,分别对新加坡养老服务保险体系和养老服务体系做了详尽介绍,并阐述了新加坡医养结合服务的提供。研究认为,不管是养老保险的管理还是养老服务的提供,新加坡走向的都是"有管理的竞争"之路。最后,本文给出了新加坡养老服务保障体系的有益经验和启示。

Singapore is one of the countries with the most rapid population aging in the world. Its countermeasures and experiences in addressing the problem of aging are particularly noteworthy. Based on the introduction of the population structure and family status in Singapore, this paper introduces the pension service insurance system and the pension service system in Singapore, and expounds the provision of the combination of medical care and pension service in Singapore. According to the study, Singapore is going to be the ＂management competition＂ under whether the management of pension insurance or the provision of old- age service. Finally, this paper gives the useful experience and enlightenment of the old-age service security system in Singapore.
