习近平总书记提出的美好生活范式不仅是一种美好的愿景,还是一种社会建设哲学与纲领,具有重大的实践意义。美好生活是时空维度中人类美好生活的总和。因此,衡量一个国家是否达到美好生活标准,不应简单地看经济社会发展水平,而是要考察同一时间维度中美好生活状态在不同人群之间和空间之间是否均衡分布,以及不同时间进程中,世代之间的美好生活状态是否均衡分布。现代社会保障制度作为国家治理体系中的主要制度安排,对美好生活的实现具有重要意义。为此,形成何种社会保障方案,释放社会保障制度理性,使其在意识形态的具体语境中,顺应特定历史阶段要求,型塑出与之相合意的社会与个体、自我与他者、当代与后代之间的关系,成为社会保障制度研究的重要理论议题。
