摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌患者介入治疗前后宫颈局部组织及外周血中调节性T细胞数量及其动态变化。方法:采用流式细胞术检测74例宫颈癌患者介入治疗前,介入治疗7、14 d后宫颈癌局部组织及外周血中调节性T淋巴细胞占CD4+T细胞的比率。结果:介入治疗7 d后宫颈癌局部组织及外周血中调节性T淋巴细胞均较介入治疗前降低,介入治疗14 d后宫颈癌局部组织及外周血中调节性T淋巴细胞回升至介入治疗前水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:宫颈癌的介入治疗在一定时间内可以有效地增强宫颈癌患者的抗肿瘤能力,提高机体免疫力。
Objective: To investigate the number and the dynamic changes of regulatory T cells in the local tissues and peripheral blood of the cervical cancer patients before and after interventional therapy. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the ratio of regulatory T cells to CD4 + T cells and the dynamic changes before and 7 days and 14 days after interventional therapy in patients with cervical cancer. Results: Seven days after interventional therapy,the local tissue and peripheral blood regulatory T cells were lower than those before intervention. Fourteen days after interventional therapy the local tissue and peripheral blood regulatory T cells rose up reaching to the levels before the intervention gradually,there was statistical significance( P〈0. 01). Conclusion:Interventional therapy can effectively enhance the anti-tumor ability and immunity of the patients with cervical cancer in a certain period of time.
