连续卧式混捏机专用压缩冲程式齿轮箱的运动学分析

摘要 以Ansys Workbench软件为数值分析平台,对连续卧式混捏机专用压缩冲程式齿轮箱的冲程式万向节输出主轴机构进行了机构运动学的数值分析。并使用Origin软件,对数值分析结果进行了非线性曲线拟合,得到了冲程式万向节输出主轴机构的主要运动学参数计算公式。结果表明:此专用齿轮箱具有一个自由度;其输出主轴的运动方式为旋转和往复直线运动的复合运动;冲程式万向节输出主轴机构的关键部件的位移、速度和加速度方程为三角函数形式。 Based on Ansys Workbench software, the kinematics numerical mode of the continuous kneader gimbal stroking gearbox was established and the motion characteristics were analyzed. And mathematical description formulas of kinematics were obtained by data analysis and nonlinerar fit using 0ringin- Lab software. The results show that the gimbal stroking gearbox of continuous kneaders has one degree of freedom, and the motion of main output shaft consists of rotating and reciprocating motion, and the displacement, velocity and acceleration formulas of gimbal stroking mechanism consist of trigonometric function.
