摘要
概述了合金化元素Mg、Si、Cu、Ag、Zn、Ti、稀土等合金元素对Al-Mg-Si系抗菌铝合金组织与性能的影响。Mg、Si元素能够在Al-Mg-Si系抗菌铝合金中生成Mg_2Si相,提高合金的强度、硬度;Cu可改变Al-Mg-Si系抗菌铝合金的相析出序列,并可能形成新相(θ、Q、S)与Mg_2Si相共同作用改善合金的性能;Ag、Zn、Ti、稀土等合金化元素在改善Al-Mg-Si系抗菌铝合金性能的同时,进一步提高合金的抗菌性。
The effect of alloying elements such as Mg, Si, Cu, Ag, Zn, Ti and rare earth on the microstructure and properties of Al - Mg - Si antimicrobi- al aluminum alloys are summarized. Mg and Si can form Mg2 Si phase in Al - Mg - Si antimicrobial aluminum alloys and improve the strength and hardness of the alloy. Cu can change the phase precipitation sequence of Al - Mg - Si antimicrobial aluminum alloys and may form a new phase ( θ, Q, S) which can improve the performance of the alloy together with Mg2 Si phase; And the alloying elements such as Ag, Zn, Ti and rate earth can improve properties of Al - Mg - Si antimicrobial aluminum alloy, at the same time the antibacterial properties of the alloy are further improved.
