肾性贫血的诊治进展

Progress of diagnosis and treatment on renal anemia

贫血可加速慢性肾脏病(CKD)进展,增加患者住院率、死亡率,影响CKD患者生存质量,是CKD患者并发心血管疾病的独立危险因素,同时肾性贫血又是CKD患者常见的并发症之一,改善CKD患者的贫血状况具有重要的临床意义。本文综述肾性贫血的原因、诊断及治疗进展。

Renal anemia is the common complication of chronic kidney disease（CKD）, which causes the decline of renal function and the increased anemia. Anemia can accelerate the progress of CKD and affect the life quality of CKD patients and increase the mortality as well. Anemia is one of independent risk factors in CKD patients with cardiovascular disease. To improve the anemia status of CKD patients is of important clinical significance. This review summarizes the progress in etiology of renal anemia and its diagnosis and treatment.
