摘要
已证明家兔热适应之后脑脊液中存在着具有降温活性的物质。本研究对此物质进行了氨基酸分析,发现其中主要成分为甘氯酸、酪氨酸、丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸等。经用链霉蛋白酶酶解之后,失去降温活性,证实了该物质是一种小分子肽。
Previous work showed that a factor reducing body temperature appeared in the cerebrospinal fluid of rabbit acclimatized in artificial hot chamber. The factor is named as heat acclimato-inducing factor (HAI F). In this study HAIF was identified to be peptide in nature. After hydrolysis of HAIF with 6mol/L HC1 at 110℃ for 24 hours, analysis of amino acids of HAIF showed that it contained Gly, Glu, Tyr, Ala, Phe and a little Asp. Bioactive assay showed that after cleaving by pronase the temperature-reducing effect of HAIF disappeared. It is, therefore, considered that HAIF is a bioactive peptide consisting of the above amino acids with a molecular weight of 1 000-2 000 and that its bioactivity depends completely on the peptide.
